Virtual IOP in Tennessee

virtual postpartum therapy

Online mental health care for mothers across Tennessee

We will be offering  a virtual IOP option in the upcoming months. Our online IOP will be live, clinician led programming designed for symptoms that show up every day, not once a week.

Who this is for

Mothers anywhere in Tennessee managing postpartum anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, or OCD who want credible help without leaving home. If daily symptoms are wearing you down, this virtual IOP provides frequent contact, real skills, and steady clinical oversight. We serve Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Clarksville, and all surrounding communities.

Virtual Therapy for Postpartum Mental Health

how remote intensive therapy  works

Sessions run live on a HIPAA secure platform with licensed perinatal clinicians. Most mothers complete about nine hours a week across several days through a mix of small groups and individual work. Tracks are offered at different times of day, and brief make ups are available when life happens. You can feed, pump, or hold your baby during session; we build that reality into pacing and breaks.

What we focus on

We treat postpartum anxiety, depression, and OCD including intrusive infant related thoughts, checking and avoidance patterns, sleep and feeding stress, bonding concerns, identity shifts, and the return to work. Goals are practical and measurable: reduce distress, restore functioning, strengthen bonding, and give you tools that work at home.

How online maternal mental health care can help

Frequency accelerates relief by interrupting daily symptom cycles faster than weekly therapy. A defined arc keeps momentum without adding strain. Content is direct and useful, aimed at the moments that actually unravel postpartum—night feeds, nap stress, partner conversations, and the spike of a scary thought.

Getting Started

The next step is a support session with a clinician. We will go over what you are experiencing, confirm that IOP is the right level of care, and give you more details about program availability and options.
