Clare Ende | LMSW
IOP Therapist
Within The Postpartum Den’s Intensive Outpatient Program, Clare provides structured therapeutic support for mothers needing more consistency, connection, and clinical care than traditional weekly therapy alone. She works with mothers navigating anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, grief, overwhelm, trauma, mood disorders, and the emotional strain that can come with caring for yourself while caring for everyone else.
Clare’s approach is relational, person centered, and trauma informed. She values authenticity, openness, humor, and the therapeutic relationship itself as a central part of healing. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, whether with yourself, your relationships, your body, or your sense of identity and meaning.
She integrates mindfulness, relational therapy, attachment focused work, somatic awareness, and evidence based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and parts work to support each client’s clinical needs and treatment goals.
Clare has clinical experience across inpatient psychiatric services, PHP, IOP, eating disorder treatment, and college counseling settings. She has supported adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, substance use, suicidality, psychosis, mood disorders, co occurring disorders, identity exploration, and major life transitions. She also has experience working with couples, and supporting family systems and relational dynamics.
Clare values creating a space where mothers feel safe, seen, accepted, and supported without judgment. Her goal is to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional tools, deepen self awareness, and reconnect with themselves during seasons that can feel overwhelming or unfamiliar.
Outside of therapy, Clare enjoys spending time in nature, reading, gardening, and seeing live music. She earned her Master of Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work.
Lauren Hamrick, A-LPC MHSP
PERINATAL THERAPIST
Lauren Hamrick, A-LPC MHSP, specializes in working with pregnant and postpartum mothers experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, overwhelm, and the emotional demands of motherhood and beyond. She is particularly passionate about supporting high-achieving women who often carry significant responsibilities while struggling with self-criticism, people-pleasing, chronic worry, burnout, or the lasting effects of childhood experiences that continue to shape how they relate to themselves and others. Her approach is warm, relational, and practical, helping clients gain insight into longstanding patterns while developing meaningful tools they can use between sessions to manage emotions, navigate stress, and respond differently to life's challenges. Lauren integrates EMDR with parts-work approaches informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping clients better understand and heal the different parts of themselves that may carry fear, self-criticism, perfectionism, or protective coping strategies.
