Can I bring my baby?
Can I bring my baby?
Yes, babies are welcome in sessions, both online and in person. We know how important it is to keep your baby close, especially in the early months. For our intensive program, we allow babies up until 9 months or until their mobility impedes individual or group focus on therapy.
What is the schedule?

Our IOP groups are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00am-1:00pm.
Couples, weekly groups and individual sessions vary, see our schedule for specific info.
Where are you located?
Our private building is in East Nashville, TN easily accessible from Ellington Parkway or Gallatin Pike. We have free dedicated parking right in front of our building. Our remote therapy options are available for anyone in Tennessee.
Do you take insurance?
We are out of network with commercial insurance plans.
