Treatment for Postpartum Depression
Accelerated PPD therapy program designed for mothers up to 18 months postpartum. Infants welcome in session.
About Us
The Postpartum Den is an intensive maternal mental health program in Nashville focused on treating postpartum depression and related conditions. Our licensed, perinatal-trained clinicians provide structured, high-frequency therapy for mothers experiencing persistent low mood, loss of interest, overwhelming guilt, difficulty bonding, and major changes in sleep or appetite that interfere with daily life. Treatment is delivered in a baby-friendly setting and combines group work, individual sessions, and coordinated care with your existing providers. The goal is straightforward: stabilize symptoms efficiently, reduce risk, and help mothers regain a sense of steadiness in their lives and relationships during the postpartum period, not after.
What to Expect
Postpartum depression treatment at The Postpartum Den is structured, intensive care delivered in the actual months after birth. Mothers participate in frequent, therapist-led sessions that focus on stabilizing mood, reducing distress, and making daily life feel manageable again, all in a baby-friendly environment.
Focused 1:1 sessions
Individual therapy time to go deeper into your specific symptoms, history, and stressors, alongside group work

Clinician-led groups focused on shared symptoms and real-life stressors, where you can hear your own experience reflected back and practice skills in a safe, structured setting.
Skills you can use immediately
Evidence-based strategies for managing spiraling thoughts, regulating emotions, improving sleep routines, and handling high-stress moments with your baby and family.
