If postpartum has felt isolating, intense, or harder than expected, our virtual support groups give you a consistent place to show up, talk honestly, and leave with something you can use this week.
A therapist led postpartum depression support group for mothers who are feeling low, disconnected, overwhelmed, or like they are not bouncing back the way they expected. This weekly drop in format makes it easy to get support quickly, hear from other moms who get it, and leave with practical coping ideas for the week ahead.
A weekly new mom support group for mothers who are adjusting to postpartum life and want connection, perspective, and a place to talk through what is hard. It is built for the moms who do not know what to call what they are feeling, they just know they need support and do not want to do it alone.
A focused postpartum support group for mothers dealing with worry, mental spirals, and intrusive thoughts that keep them on edge. The group provides a steady space to talk openly, learn simple grounding tools, and reduce isolation by hearing from other moms who have dealt with the same late night brain noise.
The Postpartum Den is built for pregnant and postpartum mothers who need care that matches the demands of the perinatal period. We operate through a mother centered lens, combining perinatal specific training with a practical, modern approach to mental wellness. The result is a space where support is designed to fit and help optimize postpartum life.
Our team is made up of perinatal trained clinicians who are also mothers, shaping how we show up: direct, grounded, and focused on what moves the needle. We keep groups structured and intentionally sized so no one is lost in the shuffle, and we prioritize low friction access so postpartum support is easier to start and to sustain.
Groups are led by facilitators with perinatal specific training and lived context as mothers. This improves education, moderation, and peer connection.
You get connection and perspective from other mothers nationwide, without the chaos of social media advice spirals.
You will get peer support, education, tools, and resource navigation. You will not be diagnosed, treated, or turned into a patient chart.
We do not trade intimacy for volume. We cap attendance so moms can actually talk, be heard, and build continuity. It is easier to foster trust and connections.
Some virtual groups allow students or observers at times, which changes how honest people feel they can be. We do not run groups as observation spaces. Confidentiality expectations are explicit, and the container stays tight.
Postpartum care has a logistics problem: naps, feeds and childcare make in person support unrealistic for moms. Babies are welcome here. Perinatal trained therapists are limited, so we built access without lowering standards.
